December 10, 2016 – Why You Write Workshop – The Farm Stand – Louisa, Virginia
Come out and explore WHY you write. In this one-hour workshop, we’ll talk about the various motivations for writing – everything from expressing ourselves, to working through trauma, to creating art, to making a living – and then we’ll do a bit of writing to explore the reasons we are drawn to the page. There will be no “shoulds” and no shame in this work – just honesty inquiry and caring community.
This workshop is drawn from Cumbo-Floyd’s new book, Discover Your Writing Self.
Cost is $7 per person or $10 for two people. We need at least three participants for the workshop to go, and we are keeping the conversation intimate by limiting participation to 6 individuals.
