Here at God’s Whisper Farm, we’re planning . . . for garden beds and barns and goats. But today, as a soft, thin coat of snow makes this light blue day shine, I find myself dreaming of my library in the timberframe lodge. I want it to be a loft that sits above the living room, maybe there will be a fireplace that opens into it. We will definitely have big, stuffed chairs that are perfect for reading and for falling asleep in.
This image starts to get at what I imagine, but it’s not quite it. I imagine a softer chair, and bookshelves. Lots of bookshelves.
I need your help. Can you find pictures of your favorite home libraries and link them up for me in the comments? I’d be so grateful.
Happy Dreaming on this Sunday, All.
