Last night, as Hannah and I sat on my couch chatting life, a big maroon truck pulled up, a trailer towing behind.  Dad – like the landscaping calvary – was bringing a load of mulch.  IMG_0679

This happens a lot – like today. 9am, I”m at my desk, and I hear the diesel rolling up the drive again.  Here comes Dad, another load of mulch, covers for my litter boxes so that they look better and Meander stops eating cat poop. He also made covers to go under my heater and on the end of my clawfoot tub.  And as I write, he’s in my closet, installing a light.  I don’t know how I’d do this without  him. In fact, I couldn’t.
