How about “asking?” I’m asking you to forgive me today for now writing a “real” post . . . this is probably the last day for about 15 weeks where I’ll get the whole day off, so I’ve just finished my writing practice, it’s a perfect early fall day, and I’m heading to my deck with a cup of coffee and a book before friends and I go apple picking . . . So enjoy your fall day (or your summer day), pray for those folks who are holding up under Gustav, especially New Orleans, and read something great just for you today. . . .
